Shipping & Returns
Add items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process to get a shipping quote. The site quotes live shipping rates for US Postal Service and FedEx. Most items ship from our shop, but sometimes we'll have the item shipped from an off-site warehouse. In that case we may use a different carrier, but it will not be any slower than the service you specified, and it may arrive faster.
Note that shipping times quoted for US Postal Service are ESTIMATES. Postal shipments are NOT guaranteed in terms of time to delivery. If you want guaranteed service, select a FedEx Second Day or Next Day Air service.
Also note that SHIPPING times do not include order processing time. We need time to pack and ship your order, and we do that on weekdays only. If you order at 10pm on Friday night and select Next Day Air, the soonest your order could leave would be the following Monday, and it would be delivered on Tuesday. Similarly, if you order at 4pm on a Wednesday, the soonest your order could leave would be Thursday.
FedEx Home Delivery does deliver packages on Saturday. FedEx Ground to business addresses does not deliver on Saturday.
All parts have the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, Emerald Performance will warranty any product against manufacturing defects for one month from the date of shipment, regardless of the manufacturer's policy.
Other than warranty returns, new-in-box items may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from date of shipment, excluding electrical and electronic parts (including but not limited to light bulbs, lamp housings, and gauges), which MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or which for other reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned. Custom-built or built-to-order items, including turbochargers, brake kits in custom colors, and all hoods, may not be returned. Wheels may not be returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance on non-warranty returns is the responsibility of the customer.
If you do need to return something, call us. We'll give you a Return Authorization number, plus specific instructions on how to return the part, and what your credit/refund options are. Please don't just drop the part in a box and return it to us with no explanation; we will refuse the shipment if it does not have an R.A. number written on the outside of the box.
Note that if you decide to return an item and it's not something that we did wrong, you will be responsible for return shipping. We do not issue return labels simply because the customer had a change or heart, or ran out of money, or crashed the car in question, or decided to "go in another direction." (Yes, we hear all these reasons a surprising amount of times.)
